You Don’t Have to Be Sick: Live With Freedom

Dear Friends,

It is the month of March, and 2025 is well underway! I wanted to offer a few thoughts about your health…

First, let me express my deep and profound gratitude to everyone who has watched our Facebook and Instagram videos. I received so much support in your comments and likes. If you haven't seen my videos yet, they're designed to help you discover a path to better health and freedom from chronic illness. I truly want to inspire you to explore these resources and combine them with your own research. This way, you can feel completely confident in making the lifestyle changes that will benefit you most. Try it! You can have freedom from sickness and disease.

These eight laws are those that I benefited from to get completely well. I want to spur all of you to start implementing these into your daily routines:

  1. Water – drink six to eight glasses each day

  2. Nutrition – eat nutritious food

  3. Exercise – move your body every day

  4. Sunshine – be in the sun for at least fifteen minutes a day

  5. Pure air – be outside in the fresh air for at least fifteen minutes per day

  6. Rest – sleep seven to eight hours every night

  7. Trust in God – take time to spend with God every day

  8. Temperance – the four distinct character strengths: forgiveness, humility, wisdom, and self-control

Several years ago, the brilliant doctor Jeffrey Rediger, M.D., wrote a book on people he had observed who were spontaneously healed from their disease titled Cured. He was curious why some people were cured and others were not. He traveled the world interviewing people, and this is what he learned: there are four threads that run vividly through the fabric of every recovery. The threads are our diets, our immune system, our stress responses, and our identities. I want to inspire you to do your own study on the eight laws of health, and you will find that many of the four threads are implemented in these eight laws. You have to take action and change your lifestyle.

You will never, ever regret it.

In the email responses from my videos, I have had numerous questions about inflammatory lifestyle. In my future videos, I will focus on this topic after the eight laws of health series are completed.

Blessings of Good Health,
